Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your jewelry in its original Cape Diablo packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
